Preliminary practices cycle

Emanation and reabsorption of light
from the syllables of Three Heart Mantras:
[of Body of Truth, Body of Perfection, and Body of Emanation].

This amazingly beautiful text is a compilation of the core practices from the root texts of each Heart Mantra scripture. The compilation was made by Rinchen Tendzin Rinpoche as a part of His Dzogchen and Tantra Academy program. I made Polish and English versions of this text. The text is illustrated by my thankas and syllable designs.

This text is a pure magic, I really love it, this is my go-to text for practicing the Heart Mantras. I am really happy that I can offer it to you for free.
